If the grain material sampled in accordance with this regulation is found to be contaminated during analysis or testing, the grain examiner shall submit a clear charge according to the law and all related details to the officer who will open the case.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned inspector to assist the hearing officer and the court hearing the appeal in legal proceedings against any person, firm or organized organization for violating the Act and these regulations.
